OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR RUNNING BACKS COACH
Coach Sean O'Reilly joins the coaching staff at Milford Academy as Offensive Coordinator
in 2022. Coach O'Reilly has been out of coaching since 2014 when he made the tough
decision to leave coaching to take care of his sick parents in 2013. He brings with him
17 years of coaching experience. In 2013 he was the tight ends coach at Ave Maria
University where the team recorded their first winning season in school history after
starting the season 0-2.

O'Reilly has held Offensive Coordinator Duties at UWM Club
football in 2012, Shorewood-Messmer High School in 2010 as well as Okeechobee
High School in 2009. He has also coached at Henderson State University Arkadelphia,
Arkansas in 2011 and Minot State University in 2008 and worked as an undergraduate
student assistant at University of Wisconsin Whitewater from 2002-2007. Prior to
attending UW-Whitewater he worked with the programs of Greendale High School,
New Berlin Eisenhower High School, and Cudahy High School. Coach O'Reilly has also
had the privilege of working summer football camps at the University of Wisconsin
under Head Coaches Barry Alvarez and Bret Bielema, University of Cincinnati under
Head Coach Rick Minter University of Notre Dame under head coaches Lou Holtz,
Bob Davie, and Ty Willingham and the University of Florida under Urban Meyer and
Will Muschamp. Coach O'Reilly Mentors include Bob Berezowitz, Kevin Cosgrove,
Dan McCarney. Brian White, Wink Martindale and Urban Meyer.
