ROB PITZONKA



LINEBACKERS COACH

     A native of Buffalo, New York, Coach Pitzonka is entering his first season as a coach at Milford Academy. Rob will be coaching the linebackers and assist with the Special Teams at Milford. He was quarterback and defensive end for his high school team, the Lancaster Redskins. After high school, Rob attended the University of Buffalo (2004-2007) where he played quarterback and wide receiver under Coach Jim Hofher and Coach Turner Gill. He played alongside with fellow Milford Alum and now coach, Ray Norell. While attending the University of Buffalo, Rob majored in History in order to be certified as a New York State Social Studies Teacher. Rob finished his degree and football career at Buffalo State College where he graduated in 2010 with a degree in Social Studies Education and a minor in Coaching. For the past three years Rob has coached football back at his Alma Mater, Lancaster High School. While coaching at Lancaster, he has worked with quarterbacks, wide recievers, defensive backs and defensive ends. Coach Pitzonka will also be teaching Public Speaking at Milford Academy this year.
