Great food in a comfortable enviroment


|

As a rule, athletes burn more calories than the average person. To maintain
peak performance, calories have to be replaced, and energy stores must be
fortified. To achieve this, good food, and plenty of it, is available,
seven days a week, at the Dining Hall.

A sample of the menu and food service times is provided below:

Saturday and Sunday
11:30AM - 12:15PM Brunch - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, english
muffins, bagels, doughnuts. Drinks are coffee, whole milk, chocolate milk,
orange and apple juice.

4:30PM - 5:15PM Dinner - salad, roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed
vegetables, white bread, dinner rolls, chicken and rice. Drinks are coffee,
whole milk, chocolate milk, orange and apple juice.

Monday thru Friday
7:30AM - 8:30AM Continental Breakfast - english muffins, bagels, cereals,
fruits, doughnuts. Drinks are coffee, whole milk, chocolate milk, orange
and apple juice.

11:45AM - 12:15PM Lunch - steak and cheese sandwiches, chicken nuggets,
hamburgers, fries, macaroni and cheese, tacos, cold cuts, hotdogs. Drinks
are coffee, whole milk, chocolate milk, and various juices.

4:45PM - 5:30PM Dinner - salad, baked ham, roast turkey, chicken, beef stew,
gravies, meatloaf, chicken parmesan, lasagna, chicken and dumplings. Drinks
are coffee, whole milk, chocolate milk, and various juices.
